Steps to Beach | Pool + Walk to Dining & Shopping

Absolutely beautiful little home, blocks away from everything! The house Erica was wonderful!

Everything about the home was as listed. Very convenient location. Quiet and very beach accessible neighborhood.

The home was great, very clean & cute. However the outdoor area was a bit misconstrued from the photos in the listing. The photos portrayed that the area was much nicer than it actually was. It was not terrible, but the grass was overgrown, the umbrella did not work & the pool was dirty. The host did get us a net when we asked for it, and did clean the pool for us, so that was great! Not a terrible stay at all for the price. I made host aware of the outdoor area for the next guests :) it was about a 10 min walk from food (downtown), wasn’t terrible, and about a 7-8 min walk from the beach. Close to a Publix. Be aware there is nowhere to use the restroom on the beach area that is nearby the home. We ended up ubering a few times to the nicer area of Ft Lauderdale (South of the home), was well worth it. Overall, good stay!

Great location. Great to have a private pool

Clean and comfortable with the perfect location and private pool. All the things that will result in a return visit! One of my favorite bookings ever!
